Refund Policy

DimePiece GlitterGloss will issue a refund to you if you request it before your order has been processed  or shipped. 

PLEASE NOTE: we can only issue a refund to you immediately, but we cant make it show up in your account immediately. The money has to be processed back into your account and the time differs from bank to bank.  


DimePiece GlitterGloss doesn’t accept returns for sanitary purposes. When an order has been shipped and confirmed by our carrier that the order was delivered to the exact address you submitted, a refund will NOT be granted. 
If you realized that you have given us a wrong address contact us within 24-48 hours after the order had been placed. After that period of time and you have already received a tracking number it will be too late to correct it. Still contact us even after that and we will work with you to see how best we can resolve the issue. The best way to contact us is via email.
